Is Xenesis Safe for you?

The natural fraction of chitosan, a main ingredient for Xenesis, is extracted from the red snow crab and is a safe alternative to hormone replacement therapy with no observed negative effects.

But there are some precautions which one should take while taking Xenesis:
• Chitosan supplements should not be consumed within two hours of taking fat-soluble or oil-based supplements such as CoQ10, vitamins A, D, E and K, or prescription medication.
• To avoid the possibility of esophageal obstruction, always drink at least 8 ounces of water with fiber supplements, followed by another glass of water.
• When using nutritional supplements, consult your doctor if you are undergoing treatment for a medical condition or if you are pregnant or lactating.

Who can not take Xenesis?
People with allergies to shellfish should not take the product.
